We are so confident in our creators' talent that, if you're really not happy with the content you receive, we offer a video credit refund of content you don't like and wouldn't want to use. Remember, revisions are included and we always encourage brands & agencies to send any edit revision requests first to give the creator the chance to amend. You can use refunded video credits on a new campaign with a new creator selection. Please note that refunded credits for assets cannot be downloaded and used on any platform, website or other channels.

Yes, if something doesn’t match the original brief, we’ll make sure it’s revised at no extra cost. We don’t offer revisions for changes that weren’t part of the original brief, so it’s important to include all key details upfront. But don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process to make sure your brief sets everything up for success.

Every video produced through Twirl is one single video, but we also allow you to purchase extra variation credits for a small fee. You can add as many variations as you would like to video projects. You can even re-open previous projects is you would like the creators to produce more variations of an ad that works!

Our pricing is fully flexible. You can top up your video credit balance with any amount, at any time. The only requirement is a minimum first purchase of 4 video credits. After that, you’re free to buy as many (or as few) credits as you need. Use them over a week or a year — your credits never expire.

With Twirl, you only pay the per-video price. No onboarding fees, no platform charges, no monthly commitments, and no confusing package pricing like other platforms.

Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 days, though many creators deliver faster.

That said, great UGC can take a little time. Many of our creators have families, full-time jobs, or rely on kids or pets to feature in the content — so they often wait for the right moment, setting, or lighting to capture something that feels natural and high-quality.

If your campaign involves a physical product, the timeline starts once the product has been received. If there’s no physical product (e.g. an app or digital service), the timeline starts as soon as a creator has been assigned to your campaign.

We are not an influencer platform. Most of our content creators focus on creating the most engaging content for you to run on paid ads or posting organically. We do offer creator whitelisting which is where creators post and allow you to put money behind the post, however most creators have <10k followers.

You get a 100% usage license for all of the content you produce and approve on Twirl. The content is yours to use for organic, paid social, website, or email.
